Today I got charged again, I go back onto the site and it now says my last day will be next month on the 9th. I got charged yet again this month It told me that my last day to have it was the 9th of march.
Finally got them to tell me how to get it fully canceled, got the Email, used the code, made sure I would not be charged, and yet, here we are. I made it very clear that I needed to cancel and went threw the long process of doing so, had to deal with chat begging me to stay, trying to get me to stay for 50% off then down to **** even after letting them know the full reason that I needed to stop the service several times. I was still charged after canceling the service.
